hi everyone,today, we're going to show you how to make one variation of chicken'll need the following for this recipe: • 1 whole chicken -- washed and cut up intosmall pieces • 1 large onion• 5-6 garlic cloves • 1.5 inch of ginger• 1 cup of corn oil

then we're going to raise the heat up a fewnotches in order to evaporate any excess water from the chicken. this will get rid of anyunpleasant smell you might get. we're going to then cook it for another 35-40 minuteswhile making sure to stir every once and while. at the end of this step, the meat should startto separate from the bones. once the water from the chicken evaporates,you'll see that the fats and oils will start coming up to the in order to get more curry, we're going to add about 1 â¼ cups of water and let itcook for about 3-5 minutes until the water
